We operate 24/7, Monday through Friday, and holidays with advance notice.

We offer two types of vehicles:

1. 6-Passenger van (Chrysler Voyager).  Accommodates wheelchairs with seat transfer.

2. Subaru Wagon: ideal for smaller groups or scenic tours, comfortable interior.

Taxi Rates

Base Fare $30

 

*Daytime (6am – 10pm)*

$30 for the first 5 miles.

$3.50 for each additional mile.

 

*Nighttime (10pm – 6am)*

$45 for the first 15 miles.

$3.50 for each additional mile.

 

*Group Rate (4 or more people)*

$60 Base Rate

+ $1 per mile.

 

*Wait Time Rate*

Rate: $0.50 per minute per person  (after 5 minutes).

 

*School/Daycare Pickup Rate*

Morning or Afternoon: $30.

Both Morning and Afternoon: $60.

 

*Fixed Flat Rate*

Available upon request for longer trips.

 

*Extra Stops/Special Requests*

Booking Information

1. Pickup Details

We will tell you the pickup location time by phone, text or email.

2. Luggage or Items

Do you have bags, suitcases. or other items to bring? Please let us know ahead of time so we can send a suitable vehicle.

3. Book Early

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for:

– Nights out (Fridays and Saturdays)

– Holidays

– Special events

4. Ride Availability

We drive 24 hours a day, which means we’re open all day and all night. 12am to 11:59pm.

Cancellation Policy

2-hour notice required.

– Cancel on time: Full refund

– Late cancellation (less than 2 hours): $30 fee + $1.00 per mile

Q: How do I find my driver?

A: You’ll receive your ride details with your driver’s name, vehicle info, pickup details, and drop-off details. If you can’t find your driver, contact us.

 

Q: Can I book a ride for a large group?

A: Our standard vehicle is a 6-passenger van. For larger groups or more seating capacity, please contact our office so we can accommodate your needs.

 

Q: Can I track my ride?

A: Our drivers will tell you when they’re coming. If you have questions, contact us.

 

Q: How long will my ride take?

A: The time depends on where you are going. For long trips, call us to plan.

 

Q: How Do I Pay?

A: We accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash App.

 

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

A: Yes, On Time Transit is licensed by the State of South Carolina and carries the necessary commercial vehicle insurance for your protection.

 

Q: How do you maintain your vehicles?

A: Our vehicles are thoroughly inspected on a regular basis and maintained to ensure they are in excellent condition for our passengers.

 

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We’re available 24/7.

 

Q: What about large or special items?

A: Please let us know about any large items you’ll be bringing by mentioning them on the booking form, so we can ensure accommodations.

 

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: 2 hour notice required.

– Cancel on time: Full refund

Q: Do you offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles?

A: Our 6-passenger van can accommodate wheelchairs, but a passenger must be able to transfer to a seat.

 

Q: Do you offer discounts for frequent riders?

A: Discounts and promotions are not currently offered, but we plan to introduce loyalty rewards in the future.

 

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A: Only service animals are allowed. Please notify us ahead of time if you have a service animal.
